Program Structure & Flow
Module 1: The Call to Awaken (Weeks 1–2)

- Deep dive into self-assessment (MBTI, Values, Life Mapping)
- Exploring life stories, turning points, emotional imprints
- Group sharing: feeling seen, heard, and validated
Module 2: Deconstructing the Self (Weeks 3–4)

- Challenging inherited beliefs, cultural and family conditioning
- The masks we wear: roles, expectations, and false identities
- Guided inner child work and identity re-evaluation
- Shadow work: owning your disowned parts
Module 3: Your Inner Compass (Weeks 5–6)
Theme: Discovering Core Values and Life Drivers
- What truly matters to you? Values clarification
- Passion vs purpose – learning to feel again
- Flow-state mapping: uncovering zones of joy and authenticity

Module 4: Embracing Your Strengths and Story (Weeks 7–8)

- Celebrating past resilience and personal victories

- Your story, reframed: writing a new narrative of self
Module 5: Visioning Your Life (Weeks 9–10)

- Goal-setting with soul: merging purpose + intention
- Visualization, scripting, and manifestation work
Creating your Life Blueprint (vision board + written roadmap)
